Shipping and Other Information
- 6 month money-back guarantee. My aim is for you to be happy with your purchase and to enjoy displaying my work. Therefore if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for refund or exchange for up to 6 months from date of purchase. This guarantee is subject to the detail contained in the ‘Returns’ section below – which has been put in place to help prevent any misuse.
- Made to Order. Each image is specially made to order. Because of this packages are normally shipped within 7 business days of placing the order and you will receive personal notification in the event of a delivery being delayed.
- Shipping Guarantee. Prints are shipped in sturdy packaging designed to ensure that your images are delivered defect free. In the unlikely event that the artwork becomes damaged during transit then please return the damaged item to have a new piece shipped free of charge. You can also pick up orders at my gallery at the Pendleton Art Center.
- About The Image. If you wish to know a bit more about your print and the circumstances of the image please let me know. I will gladly provide you with details of the image and satisfy your curiosity.
- Hand-Signed. There is a 1 inch white border around each print and limited edion prints are signed, dated and numbered.
Framed prints are not currently available through the on-line system. Should you have a particular requirement for a framed print then please contact me to discuss the options available. I also welcome all other inquiries regarding the use of my photos – be that purchase of a print size unavailable through the on-line ordering system, licensing of an image for publication, or use of an image for stock. Again, please contact me to discuss your own personal requirements.
Each and every purchase is covered by a 6 month money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return the item and your money can be refunded or the artwork exchanged.
- This applies only to pieces that have not been modified and in like-new condition when it is received.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you have purchased multiple pieces and wish to return them for a refund you will need to ship your pieces back all at the same time.
- Your return needs to be insured and traceable and each return must be agreed prior to it being sent.
- Returns for which there has been no notification or returns that have not been approved, cannot be refunded.
